Sales are generally low when a sales representative lacks the skills to sale effectively. The Sales Training Series is an interactive hands-on sales training program that practices the necessary skills to increase company sales.
MODULE 1
KNOW & APPLY THE SALES CYCLE
This sales training module provides participants with practical ideas and solutions to increase sales. Participants will get a thorough understanding of each step in the sales cycle. The sales program focus is on understanding personal sales strengths and weaknesses, and how to best compensate and apply sales techniques that improve the bottom line.
EXPECTATIONS:
• Understand the 2 forces that motivate people to buy & sell.
• Know and use to your advantage the 7 steps in the sales cycle.
• Get clear about what product or service you are selling.
• Understand and target the needs of your audience.
• Develop and practice your 10 second and 30 second commercial.
MODULE 2
DIALOGUES & MESSAGES THAT GET RESULTS
This sales training module provides participants with the ability to effectively design the right dialogues and messages within the sales cycle that lead to an increase in sales. The program focus is practicing effective messages and dialogues in each step of the sales cycle.
EXPECTATIONS:
• Developing scripts and messages for each step in the sales cycle.
• Overcome objections in a way that helps to make more sales.
• Develop and use closing statements in order to close a sale.
• Communicate in a way that is more easily accepted by others.
• Begin to design and implement your personal plan to increase sales.
MODULE #3
MASTER YOUR SALES PRESENTATION
This sales training module provides the environment and structure for creating and delivering a sales presentation that produces the actions and results you desire from your audience, whether you are talking to a small or large group of people. The program focus is on practicing the essential elements of successful presenting using the 7 steps of the sales cycle.
EXPECTATIONS:
• Be more confident by controlling fear and anxiety.
• Deliver a sales presentation that gets your audience to take action.
• Follow an actionable, written plan to increase sales.
