AGC Negotiation Skills

Associated General Contractors hosted a Business Negotiation Skills training facilitated by Jeffrey Benjamin. During the 1 Day program participants learned about how to best communicate with different personality styles. The 3 Stages of Negotiation and the 3 Keys to Negotiation were discussed. Also, during the program 12 Negotiation Tactics were unveiled as wells as 10 Persuasive Strategies. 

Jeffrey has delivered over 3,000 presentations. He founded Breakthrough Training in Reno 26 years ago.
