Granite Construction hires Jeffrey Benjamin to facilitate public speaking training and presentation skills training for over 35 foremen during their Winter Conference. The focus of the training is to provide public speaking skills to help foreman to conduct safety meetings. And, ways to better engage and interact with the people they lead in the field. How to better improve ways to organize thoughts and articulate messages with co-workers and clients is a central focus. 

A simple and easy speech format is shared. Each participant organizes and delivers a presentation to peers during the program. Best ways to improve speaking presence and personal confidence as a speaker. Create a positive connection with an audience and get them to take action. Ways to deal with stress and anxiety are both shared and practiced during the session.
