Executive Leadership Training Miami FTAI Aviation Team partner with Breakthrough Training to provide leadership training. The 3 day intensive leadership program focused on strengthening leadership skills and to build stronger bonds with the executive team to achieve the mission, goals and objectives of the organization.

 One of the main goals of the leadership program is to build stronger relationships among all of the departments operating at FTAI Aviation. Continuing to strengthen the culture is a central focus with their core values of Quality, Safety and Integrity. Working together with an emphasis on communicating effectively cross functionally and peer accountability with respect is a central focus of the training program. Best practices on how to give and receive coaching to and from peers is also also established. Another strong aspect is how to promote positive energy within the organization throughout all departments.

To highlight the information and concepts employees engage in several team communication activities to practice the content. This is followed by in-depth discussions and conversations on how to specifically apply the content directly into workplace practices.

The training also included the Breakthrough Safety Leadership Training program.

Best practices on how to improve workplace communication skills to achieve company objectives is a main discussion and practice during the 2 day managers training seminar in Reno. A review of the 4 Different Communication Styles is at the core of the training program. Ways to improve verbal, non-verbal and tonality in communication is provides insight on how to communicate better. During the training program tools to strengthen leadership skills with employees and different departments within the organization is shared in detail.
