Las Vegas Leadership Training for Managers and Supervisors with NV Energy. Jeffrey Benjamin worked with the team at NV Energy to accomplish organizational goals through effective workplace communication. Ways to build team work and strategies to strengthen team building. Ways to improve employee engagement to achieve greater company morale and to improve positivity in the work environment. A deep dive into the different communication styles and how to best connect and enhance relationship with co-workers is discussed and practiced. A targeted focus emphasized was on best practices on how to build team work with co-workers. How to deal with conflict within the team is examined and  how to resolve conflict is practiced. The team also defined personal and professional goals to ensure work life balance. Each participant outlined a personal action plan to improve their leadership skills.
