Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe

Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe partners with Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training to provide Leadership Training. Breakthrough worked with team members to to strengthen ways to continue the mission of PLPT.

A main focus of the leadership program is to build stronger relationships among all of the departments at PLPT to better serve the community of Pyramid Lake. During the training in depth discussions on effective communication best practices and ways to strengthen team bonds is examined. Supervisors from all departments attend the training to both review and learn ways to support different departments within the organization. How to coach and train employees to improve performance as a supervisor is a core component of the training program. The training location is 208 Capitol Hill, Nixon, Nevada 89424.

Jeffrey Benjamin customizes each course to challenge team members and examine strengths and opportunities for growth, while appreciating the diversity of each member of the team. Therefore, the program uses a combination of group discussions and team activities that make it the ultimate interactive experience.
