Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Leadership Academy partnered with Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training. Breakthrough worked with Directors and Managers during the academy to strengthen ways to continue the mission of TRPA.

A central focus of the leadership program is to build stronger relationships among all of the departments at TRPA to better serve the community of Lake Tahoe.

Jeffrey Benjamin customizes each course to challenge team members and examine strengths and opportunities for growth, while appreciating the diversity of each member of the team. Therefore, the program uses a combination of group discussions and team activities that make it the ultimate interactive experience.
