Tahoe Resource Conservation District

Tahoe Resource Conservation District partnered with Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training to provide Leadership Training. Breakthrough worked with team members to to strengthen ways to continue the mission of TRCD.

A central focus of the leadership program is to build stronger relationships among all of the departments at TRCD to better serve the community of Lake Tahoe. During the training in depth discussions on effective communication best practices and ways to strengthen team bonds was examined.

Jeffrey Benjamin customizes each course to challenge team members and examine strengths and opportunities for growth, while appreciating the diversity of each member of the team. Therefore, the program uses a combination of group discussions and team activities that make it the ultimate interactive experience.
