PACE Leadership Program

PACE Leadership worked with Breakthrough Training™ to provide Strategic Business Planning training to 23 members to design their individual plans for their position within their organization. The Strategic Business Planning session helped participants define a one-page plan containing goals, measurable objectives, strategies, and action steps needed to achieve company goals. Breakthrough created and has worked with the Chamber PACE  program for 7 years providing leadership training for managers, team building training, communication skills, and goal setting training.
