Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Board Retreat

Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Annual Board Retreat worked with Breakthrough Training™ to provide Strategic Business Planning training to 29 board members to design their individual plans. The Strategic Business Planning session helped participants define a one-page plan for 2015 containing goals, measurable objectives, strategies, and action steps needed to achieve organizational goals. Breakthrough has worked with Boys & Girls Club providing leadership training for managers, and customer service staff development, as well as team building training, communication skills, and goal setting training.
