This team building Clasen Quality Chocolate course facilitated by Breakthrough Training provided team building training for managers and supervisors from each department in the company. Team building activities as well as a group discussion on how to best strengthen cooperation and collaboration was the central focus. The program also shared the differences and similarities of communication styles and how to best work with each person on the team.
