Deutsche Post DHL hired Breakthrough Training for their management team’s annual retreat in Lake Tahoe. A full-day experiential ropes course training was at the center of the program that focuses on improving communication practices and team-building skills with both coworkers and customers. Extensive debriefing during the program helped participants connect and relate the training to real-life scenarios and business practices.
