Ernst & Young of San Francisco worked with Breakthrough Training on a team-building retreat in Lake Tahoe. Participants engaged in several team-building activities at the Diamond Peak Ski Lodge.
Team collaboration with co-workers and customer interaction were the primary focus. Participants practiced the content shared during the retreat and walked away with a list of resolutions to build and strengthen teamwork.
