Breakthrough Training’s team building courses were attended by Ormat. Ormat is a global provider of renewable energy. Jeffrey Benjamin to facilitated team building training sessions in Reno, Nevada at Bartley Ranch. 100 Ormat employees participated and learned valuable techniques for appreciating both new and veteran team members. Undoubtedly, the long-standing relationship between Ormat and Breakthrough Training has proven results, due to Ormat’s long-standing commitment to these team building courses for over a decade. 

To illustrate the importance of self-motivation to achieve personal and professional goals with written action plans, these techniques are exercised during the retreat. Participants teamed up with co-workers to share written goals. Additionally, the program also shared fun team building activities and best practices on how to build and strengthen a positive company culture. Some of the ways participants defined to strengthen the team were: fulfilling personal responsibility, supporting team members with tasks, clarifying communication, trusting team members to perform work, sharing positive energy, and taking and asking for help when needed.
