Reno Housing Authority

Reno Housing Authority hired Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training to provide team building training for staff during the annual one day retreat. Over 70 staff members participated in the event to help strengthen the team bonds with all departments of the organization. Team building activities and discussion on how to build teams and foster effective communication in the workplace. The focus of the training was to appreciated and celebrate the contributions staff provides to housing in the Reno community. Participants also set personal and professional goals during the team building retreat.

Jeffrey Benjamin has been working with Reno Housing Authority for over 25 years. He customizes each course to challenge team members and examine strengths and opportunities for growth while appreciating the diversity of each member of the team.
