Social Security Administration in Washington, DC recently worked with Jeffrey Benjamin to facilitate a full-day team building program with activities that focus on effective communication and advanced team building activities for The Office of Disability Adjudication and Review branch.
Participants were challenged on ways to increase team skills with different departments and employees. A series of team-building activities and in-depth debriefing relating to real-life work experiences was the focus during the training.
