Intermountain Electric in Reno partners with Jeffrey Benjamin of Breakthrough Training to provide team building training. Breakthrough has worked with IME for many years providing Leadership Development for key employees through the Associated General Contractors Annual Leadership Series.

The focus of the team building training is to build stronger relationships among all of the departments at IME to better serve the community of northern Nevada. The interactive program challenges members to work together and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

Jeffrey Benjamin customizes each course to challenge team members and examine strengths and opportunities for growth, while appreciating the diversity of each member of the team. Therefore, the program uses a combination of group discussions and team activities that make it the ultimate interactive experience.
