The Reno Chamber of Commerce PACE Leadership program government affairs module invited several political candidates to address the class on how to get involved in government and how to affect change. Reno mayoral candidate Ray Pezonella is one of 18 candidates that was competing for the position. Now Ray Pezonella is one of two candidates after the primary election was held. His opponent is Hillary Schieve. Who will win?
Also during the module, participants reviewed the Constitution of The United States and became familiar with elected officials on both the local and national levels.
