The Reno Chamber of Commerce hired Breakthrough Training to facilitate 16 hours of leadership development training for the entire staff. The program focuses on strengthening employee team-building skills, organizational communication skills, and personal leadership skills. The training program also works to improve problems solving skills, and personal effectiveness and builds comrade and team cohesiveness. The 10 employees of The Chamber coordinate over 100 events in the northern Nevada area to promote and facilitate business growth.
