Communication Training for Carson City Employees

The city of Carson City hired Breakthrough to provide customer service training through effective communication skills.

Over 95 employees from public works, treasury office, fire department, library, and several other departments attended a half-day training program geared to improve the customer experience. The focus was given to how to promote positive communication when interacting with customers and coworkers.
