Communication Training for Carson City Employees

The city of Carson City hired Breakthrough to provide customer service training through effective communications skills.

Over 95 employees from public works, treasury office, fire department, library and several other departments attended a half-day training program geared to improve the customer experience. Focus was given on how to promote positive communication when interacting with customers and coworkers.
