Over 60 employees of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows participated in customer service training in Reno, Nevada with Jeffrey Benjamin. The importance of operating as a cohesive team to provide excellence customer experience was a focal point of the program.

A total of 6 Customer Service Imperatives were shared while staff members contributed a list of specific behaviors the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows to activate while serving their customers, clients and guests.
