Jeffrey worked with Head Start to facilitate customer service training in Reno. The program focused on practicing the 6 Breakthrough Customer Service Imperatives. Over 80 employees worked as a team to collaborate how to best implement a customer service plan to best serve kids, parents and co-workers. Ways to promote a positive experience with both internal and external customers is the focus of the training program.
