During the program employees discovered best practices for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Over 22 employees shared how to best serve, and defined a personalized plan to execute a culture of service.
The UNR foundation receives donations with an endowment value standing at more than $154 million in 2014. The endowment includes more than 75 named accounts.
