Granite Construction worked with Jeffrey Benjamin to facilitate presentation skills training for over 35 foremen during their Winter Conference. The focus of the training was to provide public speaking skills to help foreman to conduct safety meetings more effectively with ways to better engage and interact with the people they lead in the field. A simple and easy speech format was shared. Each participant organized and delivered and presentation to peers during the training program. Ways to deal with stress and anxiety were both shared and practiced during the session.
