Northern Nevada Human Resources Association hosts the program to highlight companies that focus on creating a positive work environment built on respect, trust, appreciation, and employee professional and personal development. Survey results are conducted by Quantum provides the survey results provided by employees to determine how organizations qualify as finalists, and ultimately determent the winners in each category.

MICRO BUSINESS – 15 to 25 Employees
1st Place – Healing Healthcare Systems
HHS produces and delivers the C.A.R.E. Channel. Roles include business development, video production, sales, support (client, tech and administrative) and accounting.
