ALS Global USA Management Team engaged in a one day leadership program with Breakthrough Training™ to maximize leadership skills to achieve organizational goals. Managers and supervisors from all departments participated in the program to strengthen employee engagement and to facilitated effective communication between departments. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are practiced to learn how to best overcome challenges in the workplace environment. An emphasis was given to project management and how to work collaboratively with different personalities. Participants also learned best practices to improve employee engagement through effective feedback and appreciation to enhance personal initiative and company morale
