Breakthrough Training™ works with government employees to provide 16 hours of leadership training to the Washoe County engineering staff water redemption department. During the extensive interactive program, 17 employees honed their communication skills and team-building skills to strengthen their individual and team leadership abilities to be more effective in project planning within the organization. Employees practiced the 9 Steps in the process of achievement during activities and held in-depth discussions on how to improve workflow among other departments. Breakthrough offers training for non-profit and for-profit organizations in the areas of training for managers, team building training, communication skills, goal setting training, and strategic planning.
