Sacramento Fortune School of Education hired Breakthrough Training™ to provide communication and customer service training to employees to improve client relations and to achieve the goal of taking elementary schools students through graduation of college. Breakthrough worked with administration staff as well as teachers and principals. The focus of the program was developing a customer service action plan following the 6 customer service imperatives. Additionally, Fortune team members learned how to best serve others through effective business communication skills training.
