Port of Subs Annual Conference held in Scottsdale, Arizona was attended by over 100 franchisees and corporate staff. The company worked with Breakthrough Training™ to provide team building to reinforce a positive company culture. Ways to build and strengthen a team was the primary focus of the seminar on day one. An emphasis was also given to setting personal and professionals goals. Participants set goals in each area of life, then learned a proven process to stay motivated to take the necessary actions to achieve their goals.
On day two of the conference Jeffrey Benjamin then shared The 6 Customer Service Imperatives to serve both internal and external customers. Participants then led collaborative discussions on best practices to implement the customer service imperatives. Each participant walked away with a personal action plan to improve individual performance.

Build Your Team
Our entire existence depends on teams. Significant success is achieved through teams. You are already on multiple teams. You operate on a team with your spouse or partner, your family and friends. You are on a team with vendors, clients and customers. You are on a team when you engage in sports and when you go to work everyday.
Elevate Your Customer Service
How is your customer service? The only difference between you and your competitors is your level of customer service satisfaction. The path to excellent customer service begins with a genuine commitment to create and maintain a service-oriented attitude.
